The work includes full demolition, surface preparation, installation of specified low‑nap, PVC‑free carpet‑tile with a CRI Green Label Plus IAQ‑rated adhesive, baseboard repair, quarter‑round installation, and a 20‑year product warranty plus a one‑year labor warranty. The contractor must also provide a 10 % over‑age material allowance, handle debris disposal, and coordinate with park staff for scheduling and final inspection.
