Gay Braxton Apartments Concrete Sidewalk

The City of Madison Community Development Authority is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace existing concrete sidewalks at the Gay Braxton Apartments. The project consists of demolition, removal, disposal, grading, preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, curing, restoration, seeding, and site grading associated with new concrete sidewalk installation. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, hauling, disposal, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with applicable local codes, industry standards, and project specifications. • The project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 1,300 square feet of concrete sidewalk. • The contractor shall maintain safe pedestrian access throughout construction and complete all work in a neat and workmanlike manner. • The contractor shall comply with all OSHA safety standards and repair any damage caused by construction activities. • The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the work. • The contractor shall obtain and pay for all required permits and coordinate inspections as required.
