Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to print and bind five different student guides, totaling 500 books. The guides range in length from 104 to 426 pages, and the contractor must produce them in four-color process with a minimum resolution of 2400 x 2400 dpi. The contractor will receive PDF files and must perform a basic check to ensure correct output. The books must be coil-bound with a black plastic coil and packed to prevent damage during transit. The contractor must also provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must deliver the completed books to the METC IMD, ATTN: Print Services, in Texas.
• The contractor must report any errors or issues with the furnished media and publishing files within 24 hours.
• The contractor must create any necessary trapping, set proper screen angles, and define file output selection for the imaging device.
• The contractor must make minor revisions to the electronic files if required by the Government.
