This solicitation calls for a single‑prime or lead‑vendor design‑build contractor to create and install an immersive audiovisual experience inside the existing Sensory Treehouse at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The contractor must handle all aspects of media production (concept, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound design, captioning) and integrate a full suite of projection and surround‑sound hardware, show‑control systems, and associated low‑voltage infrastructure, while coordinating with the County’s experience designer and providing a one‑year warranty. Evaluation is weighted heavily toward technical competence (100 points) with cost considered after short‑listing. Robust bonding and insurance coverage (5 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds, multiple liability policies) are mandatory.
