JFS - Data cabling material and labor

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking quotes from Ohio‑based Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) that already hold a DAS contract to supply and install data‑cabling materials on a “as‑needed” basis. The solicitation covers full‑range cabling components—including fiber optic cables, connectors, patch panels, copper wiring, jacks, patch cords, faceplates, and related hardware—and requires labor for the installation of premise data wiring solutions. Bids must reference the applicable DAS contract number and cannot exceed DAS pricing. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible MBE supplier. • Supply of fiber optic and copper cabling components, connectors, patch panels, and supporting hardware. • Labor to install premise data wiring solutions per ODJFS direction. • MBE‑only suppliers with an existing Ohio DAS contract; pricing must not exceed DAS contract rates. • Quotes valid through the end of July; award based on lowest responsive, responsible MBE bidder. • Submission deadline 6 / 12 / 2026 5:00 PM ET; questions due by 6 / 8 / 2026 5:00 PM ET.
