Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting proposals for the lease of approximately 23,814 rentable square feet to be used as a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Horizon City, Texas. The lease term consists of a 10-year firm term and a 10-year soft term. The offered space must provide for an efficient layout, be located in a modern quality building, and meet various security requirements. The lease will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of the RLP package and will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and technical evaluation factors.
