RFQ 26-06 Fire Station #3 Project

The City of Lake Wales is seeking qualified construction companies to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the construction of Fire Station No. 3 at 0 Nest Egg Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. The selected companies will be invited to submit bids. The scope of work includes the construction of the fire station. • The SOQs must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the label from page 2 of the solicitation affixed. • The SOQs must include an original, four copies, and one original copy on a flash drive. • The submission deadline is 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 9, 2026. • Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. • Responses may be hand-delivered, mailed, or delivered via courier service to the City of Lake Wales, Attention: Purchasing, 201 West Central Avenue, Lake Wales, FL 33853.
