LAB WATER TESTING SERVICES

The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide lab water testing services. The services include water analysis to AAMI standards, endotoxin (LAL) tests, water colony counts, dialysate colony counts, and dialysate electrolytes + calcium. The contract is for a period of three years, renewable for two additional 12-month periods by mutual consent. The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives. • The vendor must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments. • The vendor must attach a copy of a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms. • The vendor must comply with the County's Lobbyist Ordinance and the County's Policy of Equity. • The vendor must eliminate the use of single-use plastic in County facilities as required by Board Policy 3.185.
