J030--Sources Sought Emergency Generator Repairs Baltimore VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to provide emergency generator repairs at the Baltimore VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for performing corrective maintenance and repairs on six diesel generators to restore them to full operational readiness. The contractor must comply with various regulations, including EPA and OSHA requirements, and provide documentation of work performed. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. * The contractor must have experience providing similar services to the Veterans Health Administration or other similar facilities. * The contractor must have the capability and expertise to meet the performance requirements while complying with applicable limitations in subcontracting. * The contractor must provide a minimum 12-month warranty covering all parts and workmanship from the date of government acceptance. * The contractor must comply with all facility access, identification, and security protocols. * The contractor must properly handle and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with EPA and local regulations.
