Description
The City of Milton is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide construction services for the demolition and asbestos remediation of multiple structures at multiple city-owned properties. The work will be done in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation's Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications, and Pay Items Index. The project requires the demolition of multiple structures and the remediation of asbestos. The selected contractor must be able to start work within 10 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The time of completion for the project will be determined prior to the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
