California State University Dominguez Hills is issuing a blanket advertisement to create a pre‑qualified list of general contractors for a variety of minor capital construction projects through June 30 2026. Contractors with Class A, B, or C licenses may register; each individual project will not exceed $1,103,000 and must be mobilized within 10‑15 calendar days. The university requires prevailing‑wage compliance, bonds, insurance, a minimum of 3 % DVBE participation and 25 % small‑business participation, and adherence to CSU contract general conditions. Registration is completed via an online Prospective Vendor Registration Form.
