Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a design-build contractor for the decommissioning of the PennDOT District 5 Engineering & Maintenance Campus. The estimated range for this project is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Proposals are due on June 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The project duration is 426 calendar days from the date of the initial job conference. The successful proposer will be required to meet Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals.
• The project includes general construction and decommissioning of the campus.
• The proposer must be registered to view/download plans and specifications and have a current, active vendor number.
• The proposer must agree to meet the SDB and VBE participation goals in full or demonstrate that they have made good faith efforts to meet the goals.
• The project has a liquidated damages clause of $1,500.00 per day.
