Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for a Road Widener. The successful vendor will be required to provide the item(s) indicated in the "Offer" section of the bid invitation. The bid must be submitted on the provided form, and all bids must be received by the Bureau of Purchase and Property on or before the date and time specified. The contract will be for a one-time order with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order.
• The Road Widener must meet or exceed the required specifications as written.
• The vendor must warranty all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer's standard period of time, whichever is greater.
• The vendor must provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277-A, the "Worker's Right to Know Act."
• The vendor must comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities.
• The contract price shall include all costs required by this bid invitation, including delivery.
