Thermal Deer Decoy

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking a thermal deer decoy system for wildlife law enforcement. The system should include a full-size body, thermal pad/control unit, and removable antlers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The State will apply preferences pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code 123:5-1-06, including the Buy American preference, Buy Ohio preference, and Veteran-Friendly Business preference. • The decoy system must be new and meet the specified requirements. • The contractor must provide deliverables under this contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed. • The State will determine whether the contractor has fully met all work requirements of this contract. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. • The contractor must submit invoices directly to Financial Shared Services (FSS) with complete and accurate information.
