UMC MLK Warehouse Remodel

The Nevada Department of Transportation (or related owner) is seeking a qualified contractor to remodel the UMC MLK Warehouse located at 300 S. M.L.K. Blvd., Las Vegas. The 35,309‑sq‑ft building will be converted to office space and a functional warehouse, requiring demolition, finish upgrades, lighting replacements, and new electrical and data infrastructure.
