Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the demolition and replacement of three wood decks at Ridgway State Park with reinforced concrete slabs, a retaining wall, metal safety railings, and associated earthwork and furnishings. The project includes the installation of new safety railings, concrete slabs, and retaining walls. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, demolition, and construction of the new decks. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project includes three sites: Elk Ridge Camper Services, Cow Creek Camper Services, and Cow Creek Group Event Facility.
• The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and submittals necessary for the completion of the project.
• The project includes alternate bid items for alternate safety railings and picnic tables.
• The contractor will be required to comply with the Buy Clean Colorado Act and provide Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for all eligible materials.
