Construction Manager at Risk for North Water Reclamation Facility

The City of Cape Coral is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk for the North Water Reclamation Facility. The selected firm will provide professional services, including construction management and project administration. The project is expected to last 12 months. The City is looking for a firm with experience in similar projects, particularly those with membrane bioreactor (MBR) equipped wastewater treatment facilities in Florida. The firm must demonstrate adequate experience, organization, facilities, equipment, and personnel to perform the required services. • The project involves the construction of a new water reclamation facility, including the installation of MBR equipment and other necessary infrastructure. • The firm will be responsible for sequencing work, ordering materials and equipment, and achieving substantial completion of construction within 12 months of receiving the Notice to Proceed. • The firm must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and City ordinances, including those related to business tax receipts, insurance requirements, and E-Verify. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected firm.
