The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a vendor to establish a contract for the development, administration, grading, reporting, and ongoing maintenance of examinations for the Virginia Board for Contractors’ Contractors and Individual License and Certification programs. This work includes creating test materials, managing exam logistics, scoring results, providing detailed reporting, and ensuring the examination system remains current with regulatory changes. • Design and develop exam content for contractor licensing and certification. • Administer testing operations (scheduling, proctoring, secure delivery). • Perform grading, generate reports, and maintain exam databases. • Provide ongoing updates and maintenance to keep the program compliant with statutory requirements.
