Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for an Ultracentrifuge equipment and installation for the Laboratory Department located at New Mexico VA Healthcare System. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment within 45 days after receipt of order. The equipment must meet the salient characteristics specified in Attachment B. The contractor must also comply with the Buy American Act (BAA) requirements and provide a Buy American Certificate.
• The equipment must be a new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) item, and no gray market or counterfeit items will be accepted.
• The contractor must provide a completed Schedule of Pricing (Attachment A) and a Buy American Certificate.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the contract.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the equipment and installation.
