MIL-SAT BP Assemblies

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure MIL-SAT BP Assemblies. The procurement will be conducted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using simplified procedures under FAR Part 12. The RFQ is for commercial items or services, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. The contractor must be an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted and provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to confirm this. The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and all responsible offerors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this solicitation. • The RFQ is for MIL-SAT BP Assemblies, and the contractor must provide documentation from the OEM to confirm they are an authorized reseller or distributor. • The order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, and all costs associated with the requirement must be included in the quoted price. • The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The RFQ is open to all responsible offerors, and the award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
