LiDAR Exyn Nexys Purchase

The NASA/NSSC has a requirement for the purchase of LiDAR Exyn Nexys. The procurement is intended to be a sole source contract with EXYN TECHNOLOGIES INC. The performance will be located at the NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The government is looking for capabilities and qualifications from interested organizations to determine whether to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. The required items include the Nexys Pro System Hesai, Nexys GPS Accessory, Backpack for Nexys, and Ricoh Theta Camera + Camera Interface Kit. The period of performance is estimated to be 5-6 weeks. • The Nexys Pro System Hesai includes a Hesai XT32M2X Lidar sensor with 1,920,000 Point/Second triple return. • The system has infrastructure-free SLAM mapping and can capture accurate scans without GPS or prior information. • The system is portable and adaptable, and the ExynPak can be hand-carried or vehicle-mounted to map any environment. • The system can process data on-site and capture complete 3D maps in minutes.
