Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking qualified landscape‑architecture firms to provide on‑call design and construction‑phase support for municipal facilities and site‑improvement projects. The scope includes condition assessments, design of planting, irrigation, hardscape, tree protection, and site layout, as well as interdisciplinary coordination with architectural, civil, structural, and MEP teams, and construction‑phase services such as site observations and submittal reviews. This is an RFQ for Statements of Qualifications; no cost proposals are required at this stage, and the City may issue task orders as needs arise.
• Services cover new construction and major renovations of public landscapes.
• Deliverables may include design documents, coordination reports, construction‑phase observations, and warranty follow‑up.
