Description
The project calls for a comprehensive renovation of the University Auditorium lobby at Wayne State University. Work includes demolition of existing finishes, replacement of exterior doors and frames, repair/replacement of stair railings and guardrails, upgrade of lighting to recessed LED fixtures, removal and installation of vinyl composition tile (VCT) and travertine flooring, reconfiguration and renovation of men’s and women’s restrooms, landscaping repairs, and provision of temporary facilities and safety controls. The contractor must adhere to the WSU prevailing‑wage schedule, supply required bonds and insurance, submit certified payroll, and meet a substantial completion deadline of March 15, 2027.
