Description
The Clare Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a contractor to install new exterior site fencing at the Brookwood Athletic Complex. The project involves removing the existing fencing and gates, and installing new 6'-0" black coated fencing and framing, including black PVC coated gates and components. The contractor will be responsible for an all-inclusive, turnkey scope of the exterior site fencing and gate replacement. The project must be completed by June 30, 2026.
• The existing highlighted site fencing and gates shall be removed completely.
• The installation of new fencing and gates shall be done per all applicable codes.
• The contractor shall restore the site back to its original condition upon completion.
• The project schedule will be based upon starting after being awarded, anticipated late February, 2026.
• The contractor shall coordinate with the owner prior to starting work to identify underground utilities.
