Description
The County of Gloucester is seeking a qualified vendor to operate the Code Blue Warming Center for the 2026‑2027 season. The contractor will be responsible for day‑to‑day management of the warming center, including staffing, facility maintenance, client intake, provision of basic services (heat, shelter, meals, case management referrals), compliance with health and safety regulations, and reporting to county officials. The contract is a no‑fee solicitation with a submission deadline of 10 Oct 2026. The selected vendor will deliver services for the full season (approximately one year) and must submit a complete proposal to the designated county contact.
