Description
The County seeks a single‑prime (or lead) contractor to design‑build an immersive audiovisual experience for the Sensory Treehouse at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The scope includes full media production (≈30‑minute film or alternative packages), immersive projection and spatial audio system integration, show‑control programming, engineering documentation, permitting, testing, commissioning, and a one‑year warranty. The contractor must manage all aspects from creative concept through installation and final hand‑over, coordinating with the County’s experience designer and providing project management, safety compliance, and post‑install support.
• Design‑build of immersive AV system (projectors, speakers, control, infrastructure)
• Full media production including cinematography, animation, sound design, and captioning
• Engineering deliverables, permitting, testing, commissioning, and one‑year warranty
• Mandatory sealed‑bid submission by 24 Sept 2026 2:50 p.m. ET; 5 % bid bond required; 100 % performance and payment bonds required after award
• Contractor must have ≥5 years experience, A.M. Best A‑8‑rated insurance, and ability to meet GA bonding requirements.
