Description
The County seeks a turnkey Design-Build solution to provide a new fiber optic route to the Virgil Radio Tower. The preferred concept is a mixed aerial/underground build designed to enhance resiliency by avoiding co-location on the same poles as existing County fiber routes, where practicable.
