Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualifications from commercial firms for a wide range of Janitorial/Custodial Services to meet the demands of Detroit agencies and service delivery to the citizens of Detroit. The services identified in Schedule 2 for Janitorial/Custodial Services are based on the Schedule Item Numbers specified herein. Offerors may submit qualifications for all Items or specific Items under Schedule 2 for Janitorial/Grounds Services. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to enable the City of Detroit and other municipal jurisdictions to meet demands for a broad range of services related to Janitorial/Custodial Services.
• The contract is long-term and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity.
• Electronic submissions of qualifications via Oracle must be uploaded and emailed to the following emails: [email protected] and [email protected].
• If you have already submitted to participate, you do not need to submit again.
• The City of Detroit is seeking a wide range of Janitorial/Custodial Services, including but not limited to: AA.13 Janitorial & Custodial Services.
• The contract will be awarded based on the qualifications submitted by the offerors.
• The contract is expected to start on an ongoing basis, with no specific start date mentioned.
• The contract is expected to last for an indefinite period, with the option to renew annually.
