Description
The Office of Administration - Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction (FMDC) is seeking a contractor to provide snow and ice removal services for New Dawn State School and Sikeston Regional Office. The contractor will be responsible for providing snow removal services, including plowing, hand shoveling, sweeping, and applying ice melt agents, as well as removing snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and other areas. The contractor will also be required to provide personnel who are reasonably dressed and groomed while on site. The contract period will be for one year, with the option for renewal.
• The contractor must be registered in MissouriBUYS and have an approved registration status to be considered for a contract award.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to perform the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, tax, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
