Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide staff parking services for the Federal Detention Center in Houston, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing 185 parking spaces, 24/7 security, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number with their quote.
• The parking area must be located within a reasonable walking distance of the Federal Detention Center.
• The contractor must provide a paved parking area with illumination.
• The contractor must provide 24/7 security for the parking area.
• The contractor must provide two hundred eighty (280) key cards or access fobs at no additional cost.
• The contractor must replace lost or damaged key cards or access fobs at a maximum fee of $5.00 per card/fob.
