Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking proposals for a contract to provide optical shipping boxes for the VISN 20 Optical fabrication Laboratory. The contract will be for a base year with up to four option years, and the estimated quantity of boxes needed is between 50,000 to 200,000 pairs per annum. The boxes must meet specific dimensions and material requirements, and the contractor must be able to provide plain/unprinted boxes. The contractor will also be required to provide preprinted invoice paper with specific fields.
