Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified RRP Contractors for the rehabilitation of one home located in Cherokee County. The work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, paint and finish, and plumbing. The project must be completed within 20 working days, and the home has tested positive for LBP. The contractor must practice safe work practices and comply with Tribal rules and regulations.
• The contractor must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office.
• The contractor must provide proof of certification and complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up.
• The contractor must comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Rate #OK20260005.
• The contractor must provide insurance certificates and warranties for the work.
• The contractor must pay all applicable fees, including $25 per day per non-Indian employee working on this project.
