Budget estimate

$7,500,000 – $14,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the average cost of similar construction projects. The New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center is expected to include an Administration Building, Maintenance Building, Fleet Building, Covered Storage, Fuel Island, and Covered Parking Areas. Assuming an average cost per square foot of $150-200, and an estimated total area of 50,000-70,000 square feet, the total construction cost can be estimated to be around $7.5-14 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors such as the complexity of the project, the location, and the materials used.
