The State of Michigan, Department of Corrections, is seeking a manufacturer-authorized distributor to provide a Q'Straint/Sure-Lok Training Platform Kit. The kit should include all necessary equipment and materials for training purposes. The State will evaluate proposals based on technical evaluation criteria, including the statement of work, contract activities, and vendor questions worksheet. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State.
