The County is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a new picnic shelter at Panther Creek Park in Owensboro, KY. The scope includes site preparation, concrete pad, structural post‑frame building with CMU load‑bearing walls, a standing‑seam metal roof, door and hardware installation, full electrical and plumbing work, finishing, and required warranties and documentation. The contract will be a lump‑sum award with performance and bid bonds, insurance, and a one‑year warranty.
• Construction of a post‑frame picnic shelter with CMU walls and metal roofing.
• Complete site work: grading, concrete pad, utility trenching, drinking‑fountain and storm‑water infrastructure.
• Full MEP installations (lighting, panels, receptacles, emergency lighting, plumbing fixtures, drinking‑fountain).
• Required documentation: performance bond equal to total bid price, insurance, licenses, and as‑built drawings.
