Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Protective Clothing & Operational Supplies Rental Services. The services include providing protective clothing and operational supplies for rental purposes. The contract term is expected to be from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The bidder must meet certain qualification requirements, including having a valid Local City or County Business License and being in good standing to conduct business in California. The bid package must include all required attachments and documentation, and the bidder must submit only one bid.
• The services will be provided to the CHP Baldwin Park Area Office.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that offers the lowest cost.
• The bidder must have a past record of sound business integrity and history of being responsive to past contractual obligations.
• The bidder must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E.
