Planned Residential Demolition Group 11.6.25 (8415 Siebert-Demo Only)

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The selected vendor will be responsible for abating and demolishing properties, as well as removing debris and performing site finishing work. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences. • The city will provide a list of properties to be demolished, along with the corresponding price sheets and property information. • Vendors must submit a quote using only the documents provided with this RFQ. • The city reserves the right to reject any quote that is incomplete, non-responsive, or does not meet the requirements of the RFQ. • The successful vendor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, as well as certificates of insurance. • The city reserves the right to modify the services provided by the respondent awarded a contract, with any resulting changes in pricing to be made by amendment to the contract.
