The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for plumbing parts, supplies, and services on an "as needed" basis. The contract will be for a period of five years with an annual option for renewal. EPIC6 is looking for reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation is open to a wide range of plumbing-related goods and services, including PVC and PEX pipe, faucets, sinks, toilets, and test equipment. • The contract will be awarded based on a best-value evaluation, considering factors such as price, quality, and reputation. • The successful vendor(s) will be required to extend contract pricing and terms to all EPIC6 members. • EPIC6 reserves the right to award multiple vendors for each solicitation. • The proposal submission deadline is June 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
