Pine Island Road New Route Design and CEI

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering, architectural design, and construction management services for the Pine Island Road New Route Design and CEI project. The project aims to facilitate up to nine existing bus stops and up to twenty-four new bus stops in meeting or exceeding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance standards. The consultant will be responsible for providing construction, engineering, and inspections (CEI) services, grant compliance, and testing services for the Lee County Transit (LeeTran). • The project is funded in part or in whole by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). • Vendors are required to comply with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200, terms, conditions, and specifications. • The consultant will be selected through a competitive negotiation process. • The project requires the consultant to submit a sealed proposal, which will be publicly opened and read aloud. • The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals are provided to complete the project.
