Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the Baraga Correctional Facility Control Center and EM Room Upgrade project. The project includes multiple phases, including preliminary design, final design, construction administration, and field inspection services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and for assuming all professional services offered in their proposal. The contractor will also be required to provide a detailed work plan, schedule, and budget analysis.
• The project requires the contractor to have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The contractor must provide a complete, straightforward response to this Request for Proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must submit a signed Certification of a Michigan Based Business and the Responsibility Certification forms.
• The contractor must assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal, whether or not they possess them within their organization.
