Maintenance for a 6545/6546 LC/QTOF System in the NCI Cancer Metabolism Program of the Neuro-Oncology Branch (NOB)

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to award a single source purchase order to Agilent Technologies Inc for the acquisition of maintenance for a 6545/6546 LC/QTOF System in the Cancer Metabolism Program of the Neuro-Oncology Branch (NOB). The contract action is for the acquisition of services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment for preventive maintenance on this machine. All maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's standard maintenance practices. • The contract is for a 6545/6546 LC/QTOF System that needs to be covered by a service contract. • The system is used by NCI researchers from different Labs who collaborate with the program in NOB. • Agilent Technologies Inc is the only vendor able to service this instrument. • The anticipated period of performance will be from March 15, 2026 through March 14, 2029, if all options are exercised.
