Single Source: Coordinating Center (CC) for the Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) Consortium (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to continue supporting the Coordinating Center (CC) for the Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) Consortium. The CC manages administrative activities, centralized databases, tissue banking, biostatistics and bioinformatics support, and communications for the Consortium. The current U24 CC, based at Sloan Kettering, organizes meetings, maintains resources, supports young investigators, and provides datasets to the research community. The reissue NOFO will support a five-year cooperative agreement to sustain these shared resources and collaborations. • The CC will coordinate research on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and mechanisms of resistance in SCLC. • The CC will manage administrative activities, centralized databases, tissue banking, and biostatistics and bioinformatics support. • The CC will provide support for young investigators and maintain extensive resources, including -omics and model repositories. • The CC will organize meetings and provide datasets and models to the research community.
