The NIH Common Fund is seeking a single awardee to operate the SenNet Data Coordination and Integration Center (DCIC), a core component of Stage 2 of the Cellular Senescence Network. The DCIC will develop and enforce data standards, harmonize and integrate multi‑modal senescence data from the consortium, maintain and enhance a public data portal, and provide tools for discovery, analysis, visualization, and reuse. Applicants must propose policies, workflows, and outreach activities that support consortium‑wide data sharing, quality control, and cross‑study comparability. The award is a UM1 cooperative agreement (complex‑structure) with an estimated total funding of $3–3.5 million. The award will be made in June 2027, with the earliest project start projected for July 2027.
• Operate a national data coordination hub for SenNet (data ingestion, harmonization, integration, dissemination).
• Develop and enforce consortium‑wide data formats, metadata standards, QC pipelines, and release policies.
• Maintain and expand the SenNet data portal and analysis/visualization tools.
• Support cross‑study atlasing and integration of Stage 1 and Stage 2 outputs.
• Lead consortium‑wide outreach, training, and organizational activities (OOC functions).
• Submit annual progress reports (RPPR) and comply with NIH data‑management and sharing requirements.
