Test, Tear Down, and Evaluation (TTE) of Four (4) Mobile Dehumidification Carts

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking a contractor to perform a test, tear down, and evaluation of four mobile dehumidification carts. The goal is to return two of the four carts to a fully operational condition. The contractor will be responsible for troubleshooting and evaluating the carts, proposing a repair action, and performing the approved repairs. The contractor must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and must use OEM or equivalent parts. The work will be performed at the CGAS Elizabeth City facility, and the contractor will be required to provide formal documentation of their inspections, testing procedures, and repair actions. Some key points to consider: * The contractor must be the OEM or an OEM-authorized repair facility. * The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. * The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to applied repairs. * The contractor will be required to perform an extensive operational test of each MDU post-repairs. * The contractor will be required to provide formal documentation of their inspections, testing procedures, and repair actions.
