FY26 National Network Cooperative Agreement to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

The Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $427,739,036 to cover Operating, Capital, and Debt Service. The funds will be used until January 31, 2029, or until expended. To receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the required items electronically.
