Description
The City of Saco is seeking a vendor to supply new Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) harnesses and associated high‑pressure cylinders for its fire department. Fourteen complete SCBA units (one harness plus two cylinders each) must meet NFPA 1970 (2018) standards, be compatible with 3M Scott AV‑3000 HT facepieces, and be delivered within 30 days of award. The contract includes an option to price the same equipment for two additional calendar‑year renewal periods. Vendors must provide detailed pricing, warranty, and compliance information on the prescribed bid form and must be able to honor a 90‑day price validity period.
