On-Call Traffic Services (2026-2029)

The County of Tuolumne is seeking to pre-qualify and select up to four qualified traffic engineering firms to provide on-call traffic services. These firms will support the planning, design, and construction of various federal aid, state, and locally funded projects. The services may include preparation of plans and specifications, engineering and traffic surveys, and other tasks. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to extend for two years. The maximum value of the contract is $500,000, and the County will enter into a maximum of four on-call contracts for traffic services, with a total aggregate value of $2,000,000. • The County is looking for firms with demonstrated expertise and experience in traffic engineering services. • The firms should be familiar with federal and state procedures and have good working relationships with the California Department of Transportation. • The firms will be required to provide a statement of qualifications, including information on their firm profile, qualifications and experience, relevant project experience, and project approach. • The firms will be evaluated based on their qualifications, experience, and approach, as well as their ability to meet the project schedule and budget.
