Description
The Town of Falmouth is seeking bids for the Great Harbor Ramp Reconstruction project. The project consists of reconstructing the Great Harbor Ramp as shown on the plan prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. Bidders must begin construction by March 16th, 2026. A voluntary pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 7th, 2026. The bid deposit shall be 5% of the Bidder's maximum total bid price, and the successful bidder must furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond.
• The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M.
• Wage rates for this Project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive.
• Bidders shall indicate their intent to comply with the Town of Falmouth's Supplemental Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination and Affirmative Action Program.
• The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject all Bids, or to accept the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Falmouth.
