FLEXIBLE HOSE ASSEMBLY SERVICES FOR SEA BASE CLASS VESSELS

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is conducting market research to identify capable small business concerns interested in providing marine engineering services for the development of Flexible Hose Assembly (FHA) Master Lists for Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) Class vessels. The contractor shall perform onboard ship surveys and develop two FHA Master Lists documenting installed flexible hose assemblies and associated technical data. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor must perform onboard ship surveys to develop complete FHA Master Lists. • The ESB Class consists of two machinery configurations: ESB 3-4 and ESB 5-7. • The Government anticipates requiring one FHA Master List representative of each configuration. • The contractor must document technical characteristics in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
