Description
The US Air Force is seeking purchase agents for the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AFCOOL) program. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing purchasing agent duties, including paying for credentialing exams, and providing financial capability evidence of at least $1,500,000. The contractor will also be required to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide past performance information.
* The place of performance is on-site at Maxwell AFB, with situational telework authorized on a case-by-case basis.
* The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that each credit card maintains the required monthly spending limit.
* The government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been tendered for acceptance.
* The contractor will be required to provide written evidence from a reputable financial institution or entity demonstrating access to at least $1,500,000.
* The government will not dictate FTE requirements to fulfill this requirement, but historically, 4-5 FTEs have supported the AFCOOL program.
